SIG Pro is a very tight fit handgun in design and  you have to break in the pistol for about
500 rounds for proper function.  Please replace this guide rod after the break in period.
1. Separate the slide from the frame as per SIG Pro user manual.
2. Release the guide rod and recoil spring from the barrel.
3. Separate the original guide rod from the recoil spring.
4. Insert the replacement solid steel guide rod into the recoil spring.
5. Insert the replacement guide rod and recoil spring assembly into the slide.
Note: it is very tight fit and you need to apply pressure to insert the guide rod into the slide.
Sometimes the muzzle end of the recoil spring might be blocking the guide rod, the problem can
be solved by turning the recoil spring 90 degree.
6. Reinstall the slide back to the frame.
7. Test fire at an approved area to get use to the system.
